Daun Daemon's stories have appeared in Flock, Southern Women’s Review, The Dead Mule, Literally Stories, Delmarva Review, among others. She has published poetry in Third Wednesday, Typehouse Literary Magazine, Remington Review, Memoryhouse, Deep South Magazine, and other journals. She is currently at work on a memoir in poems as well as a short story collection inspired by her mother's beauty shop. Daemon lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband and three cats. She teaches scientific communication at NC State University.
