Emily Parzybok is an essayist and political consultant living in Seattle, Washington. She has been published in The Satirist and Edible Front Range magazine where she served as a writer and social media manager, building a community around food and food justice in Boulder, Colorado. She has work forthcoming in the Uncertain Girls, Uncertain Times anthology, a collection of inspiration and encouragement for young women.
