Maxine Grossman

Writer/Actor/Comedian/Professional Overthinker with a flair for the whimsical and the deep based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and at comedy venues around Toronto (Absolute Comedy, The Rivoli, and Comedy Bar, to name a few). I was a finalist for the Magee TV Diverse Screenwriter Award (2018 & 2019) at the Toronto Screenwriting Conference, a participant in the Women On Screen Web Series Incubator (2019), and was selected for the FEM Script Lab (2019). I am a graduate of the RTA School of Media at Ryerson University where I completed the RTA in LA program. I wrapped up my education with a development internship at Fabrik Entertainment in Los Angeles in 2018. I now work at Entertainment One in the Television department, and write and produce my own content on the side.
